How it Works

Our Simple 8-Step Process

Each project kicks off with a thorough site analysis tailored to the unique environmental and geological features of Central Texas.

1. Fill Out The Contact Form

Kick things off by submitting our easy online inquiry form. This simple step is your gateway to transforming your property.

2. Personal Consultation

We’ll set up a consultation that fits your schedule. This is usually by phone, but video calls work great if you already have site plans. You can book directly with our team or use our online link. Your first consult is completely free. Please note, we do charge for multiple reschedules or missed appointments to respect everyone’s time. We’ll use this conversation to understand your vision, answer questions, talk solutions, and give you a ballpark estimate.

3. Site Visit and Assessment

Next, we’ll come out and perform a thorough onsite evaluation. Depending on your property and project needs, we may conduct soil tests, LiDAR surveys, or probe testing. For new ponds or lakes, adding an AutoCAD design is recommended (at an extra charge). Assessments start at $1,250, and costs can be higher for more comprehensive testing. We’ll get this crucial visit scheduled during your consult, and a signed agreement plus payment are needed one week ahead.

4. Custom Planning and Design

Over the next few weeks, our team digs into the data and crafts a detailed plan, design, and proposal tailored to you. You’ll get weekly updates and a draft to review, with up to three rounds of revision included. Because costs can change, your project price is valid for 30 days. This is also when you’ll need to start any necessary permitting (we’ll walk you through it, you file the paperwork). When the plan is ready, we’ll present everything via video, and you’ll sign the contract and put down a deposit to hold your spot.

5. Scheduling and Preparation

We keep you updated every week as your project approaches, making adjustments for weather or equipment needs. About a week before we start, we’ll prep the site. marking and obstacles or utilities and laying out boundaries so construction launches smoothly.

6. Construction Begins

Once we break ground, your project foreman will keep you in the loop with direct updates, plus regular progress reports from our office. Clear communication and top-quality work are our promises throughout this phase.

7. Project Walkthrough and Final Review

With construction wrapped up, we’ll walk the finished pond with you to make sure everything matches your vision. Small changes can usually be made on site; bigger tweaks may need extra time or scheduling.

8. Cleanup and Final Payment

Within a few days, our crew will leave your site tidy and ready to enjoy. After you’re completely satisfied, you’ll submit your final payment and enjoying your new lake or pond.
